Avoid Chrome Extension Activation

Hey folks,

I am creating a Create new user screen with React and right now the 1password is getting on the way of the input form.

I tried to disable the plugin support with autoComplete="off" but it doesn't seem to work. Any clue why and how to fix this?

    Hi @konsalexee!

    I am not a developer, but I know that typically 1Password leaves this sort of decision to the end user. If a user does not want to have 1Password show in a specific form, they can choose the Hide on this page button:

    If you are looking to hide 1Password for you while you work on this page, this should help. Or were you thinking about disabling 1Password for every user of this website by default?

    Try to name this field different than password, that way 1Password possibly does not recognize it as a password field and does not show the popup.

    @MaxA:

    I know that the name of the field is only one of the things 1Password looks at to understand if something is a password field, so this might not be enough by itself.
