I'm looking at the page I printed from the emergency kit but looks like its missing a way to bypass the 2 factor authentication. How would someone log on without the 2factor portion?

    @chris95008 There are a number of options for avoiding being locked out by two factor authentication:
    1. Install 1Password on all your devices as any of the apps can be used to disable 2FA;
    2. Use an authenticator app which backsup your 2FA tokens and syncs across devices like Authy;
    3. Use an authenticator app which backsup your 2FA tokens locally like Aegis;
    4. Use an authenticator app which saves your 2FA tokens off-line like Yubico Authenticator;
    5. Save/print the QR code displayed when setting up the authenticator app;
    6. Save/print the manual entry secret displayed when setting up the authenticator app.

    If you get locked out then you can always email the 1Password security team from the email address used to set-up your account. After making you jump through some hoops, they can disable 2FA on your account.

    1Password asks you for your 2FA code only the first time you add an account to a new device. Afterwards, you login using Secret Key and Master Password :+1:
