1.25.5.beta: OTP is not copied into the clipboard?

I mentioned this in the Windows beta forum already (https://1password.community/discussion/comment/597676/#Comment_597676) but wanted to post this here, too.

Since Windows beta build 7.6.800 I try to use the 1Password in the browser extension instead of the classic extension. With the classic extension I was able to paste the OTP after filling in the credentials. In 1Password in the browser it doesn't work anymore. Yes, when an OTP-field is detected from 1Password in the browser the OTP is automatically filled in. But in my specific case (https://login.mailbox.org/en) I have a password field which consists of the password and right behind the OTP which I need to paste in.

In the newest beta release of the Windows desktop app there is still the setting for copying the OTP into the clipboard after filling in the credentials.

But it seems that this setting actually is ignored from 1Password in the browser.

Will there be the possibility to enable copying the OTP into the clipboard to paste it into specific fields?

1Password in the browser does not currently support copying of OTP after autofilling, but that is an existing feature request that some other users asked for.

I'll add your report to it. I believe this will be implemented at some point :)

Thanks again @ag_yaron ! This would be very helpful if someone switches from the classic extension where this is possible to 1Password in the browser. :+1:
