Can’t sign in. The email address and Secret Key are not correct.

in 1Password in the Browser

1Password works fine on my iPhone and with Safari. I need to use the Chrome browser and when installing the 1Password plug-in, I get the error "Can’t sign in. The email address and Secret Key are not correct." email and master password are known correct. What actions can I take, please?

    Resolved. I have a corporate account and the link I needed to follow was not obvious which resulted in unnecessary lost time.
