Mac 1Password desktop app shows old logins

Our company recently switched to 1Password and it works perfectly on my windows desktop app however my boss is a Mac user and her desktop app shows old logins from time to time. Usually if she closes the app and her browser and reopens they disappears again.

She is using the Chrome extension and her settings have 1Password - Password Manager enabled.

    Your description sounds like one our developers are aware of. It sounds like the old item may reside on the trash on her Mac and occasional on opening all of the items including the trash will be show to the user. I'm sorry for any trouble this is causing. Hopefully they can get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
