Switching accounts on windows App? New Home account - Work Account no longer viable

in 1Password 7 for Windows

So I started using 1password because it was provided for free by my old employer, and it was wonderful using it for the time I worked there. However when I left the company, my account was suspended and I decided to buy the family plan for me and my family.

The iOS and browser extensions work perfectly, but the App for windows, despite having been uninstalled, still remembers my work account and I cannot find a way to change the account.

am I missing something obvious
