'site-not-available' error trying to download standalone license

I purchased a standalone license for 1Password 7 back in May. I'm trying to install it on a new PC, but when I click the link on the email I was sent to download the license, it loads a blank web page with a single string of text: 'site-not-available'. I've tried this multiple times over several days. How can I retrieve my license?
