iOS and Mac sync - login issue

Hi,

I have 1PW on my Mac, version 6.8.8 and on my phone iOS 7.7.6. I realized not all my logins were syncing. Turns out the iOS shows 2 vaults, 1 Personal and Primary on iCloud. Only Primary is syncing.

When I go to the accounts section on the Mac I am not signed in. When I try to sign in, either by scanning the QR code on the phone or by manually entering the info it says "Invalid Login Information" I imagine I need to be logged into the account on all devices but can't get it to work.

Not sure what to do!

    @dannazx

    It sounds like you have a membership and you need to add the account to the device. Are you able to access 1Password.com? Do you have a copy of your Emergency Kit?
