Login Title Line - Order in which displayed

I would be grateful for help with a new login and the order in which the Title Line displays.. I have created a new login for a website that is titled "NHS". However on the header line in 1Password it appears as "NHS" and then "Login" and hence amongst all my other logins it comes alphabetically under the "L's", whereas I want it to appear under the"Ns". How do I switch them around?

    It sounds as if you'll want to rename the item. Enter edit mode, click in the items name and the you can edit it.
