Escape doesn't close quick access when text input is not focused

in Desktop betas (Mac, Windows, and Linux)

Steps to repro:

  • Open quick access via cmd+shift+space
  • Click anywhere inside the quick access window, but outside the search box
  • Escape no longer closes quick access
