Bug: Disconnect between 1PW8 and Safari Extension

Hey 1PW8 Team,

I am finding fairly significant disconnects between the 1PW8 application and the 1PW8 Safari Extension.

When unlocking 1PW8 in the 1PW8 app, Safari doesn't show the change

Steps:
1. Open a website with a login
2. Note that 1PW8 is locked
3. Open 1PW8 manually
4. Enter password
5. Return to Safari and note that the icon still shows locked with an "Open 1Password" button
6. Click the button, and note that only now does it process the previous unlock.

This adds an additional 2 clicks (once on the icon, once on the Open) and delays things by at least 3-5 seconds per attempt.

When editing logins, Safari Extension isn't immediately updated

Steps:
1. Go to a website where you have a known login but no web url associated (for example, a login for this website but without the 1password.community portion of the login) -- This will show that there are no autofill results.
2. Manually update the 1Password entry in the 1PW8 main app and add the website
3. Reload the webpage
4. Note that the auto-fill still doesn't work.

It appears under these circumstances the update is not pushed immediately from 1PW8 to Safari's extension creating something of a disconnect and lag.
