Coping items between vaults in 1PW8

in Desktop betas (Mac, Windows, and Linux)

I see a way to 'move' items between vaults (two different ways) but I don't see a 'copy' function - an important feature that has been around for many years in the previous version of 1PW.

    Hi @jklosin!

    If you right-click on the item you want to copy and select Duplicate, 1Password will prompt you to choose what vault to use to put a copy of that item ;)

    Thank you, Ag_ana! It worked! In the past, 'Duplicate' and 'Copy' were two separate functions which resulted in my confusion. Perhpas 'Duplicate' should be changed to 'Duplicate/Copy'?
    I would also suggest including 'Duplicate' in the drop-down menu for an item path. Currently, there is only a 'move' function available in that window.

    Thanks for getting back @jklosin and I'm pleased this is now working for you!

    You make a good point and can totally see how Duplicate/Copy can be ambiguous compared to how the feature worked before. I've passed this along now so we can review it :)
