Cannot unsubscribe from iOS in-app-purchase

I subscribed to 1password Individual account through iOS in-app-purchase. I have been using it for around 6 months and now I want to convert it to a Family account. Through the community and blogs, I learnt that to do so, I first have to cancel my subscription from my apple account. I unsubscribed it and on sept 3, my subscription ended. But when I look at https://my.1password.com/billing, it still says my subscription is active. But Apple account says my subscription has expired. @1PasswordTeam please help me with it.
