Forum bug: "Additional information" lost when editing a draft

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a discussion post.
  2. Optionally fill in the "additional information" section.
  3. Save as draft.
  4. From Drafts, edit the draft.

The Additional Information section is no longer visible, and anything previously entered doesn't appear when the ticket is posted.

Example: my most recent ticket I had entered this information, but I experienced this bug, and it didn't appear after posting.

    Hey there,

    Thanks for taking the time to report this. The additional information section is a custom bit we've tacked onto the forum software, and not something officially supported. Unfortunately as a result I'm not sure there is any way to preserve this information across page changes. :( I do apologize for the inconvenience. I will check to see if there is anything our forum provider has started offering recently that might replace this custom script for us, which wouldn't likely have the same limitations.
