    How do you untick that you want to get beat updates?

    Yes, the new beta (7.8.8.BETA-1) is out now, and it reset the expiration status :) Sorry about this once again!

    You can do this under 1Password Preferences > Updates tab, and uncheck the Include beta builds checkbox:

    As I wrote in my previous comment though, a new beta has been released, which resolved the expired status, in case you want to remain on the beta channel :+1:
