Email Notifications about Safari plugin in iOS15

Using Safari in iOS 15 regularity triggers emails informing about the usage of the plug-in.
This slowly becomes spam. I haven’t found a way to disable this yet.

    I am also getting these Agile Bits emails every time I log into a site in Safari with IOS 15. There are many every day.
