Anyone else notice a ton of recent discussion topics have been closed mid-discussion by agilebits moderators?

I noticed a trend of mention of a certain thing that I don't want to rehash, at risk of this thread getting closed at well. Just seems weird any time someone mentions "X" in the last week, the discussion has been shut down quickly.

  • Hi @brank,

We would love to have positive diplomatic discussions about the future of 1Password, but we don't foresee changing paths when it comes to the removal of the share extension. Dave has already discussed at length about its removal.

So yes, you're right, we've been closing more threads than we normally do. Once a question has been answered we're closing it to keep the original poster from getting too much noise. We've seen that a lot lately, and are experimenting to see if we can improve that.

and by noise, you mean "negative press" as you see in the 2.5K views on the main one Dave responded in. Perhaps you guys should rethink how you're treating your customers as the negativity won't go away. So go ahead.. close this thread as well.. But just know.. closing threads and trying to ignore what you did isn't going to fix anything or heal the community frustration you've caused here.
