Default search criteria of `=vault:Personal`
Often when I initiate a search with the command-f keyboard shortcut, there is a default search criteria of =vault:Personal. This seems weird because there is no text in the search box before entering that keyboard shortcut. The app would feel a little smoother if that default search criteria text was not present.

Hello @jbrayton, thank you for your feedback! I can see how the text appearing in the field unexpectedly can be confusing. We automatically show these filters in order to make our search a bit more precise when going through a vault. In the future we may improve the way we display the filters, turning them into something akin to how Finder shows them in the search box:
That way, you'll also be able to delete it by just pressing Backspace and hopefully it'll clarify the reason why we're showing this in the first place. I'd be curious to hear if this addresses your feedback :)
