Blue 'Open 1Password' button does nothing Chrome extension

The extension icon has a lock on the bottom right. The window pops open but the blue Open button does nothing.
The app is open and running. The Safari extension works fine.
The classic extension for chrome works but it's slow to use.
Everything has been updated and restarted. 'Integrate with 1Password App' is checked in settings.
What am I doing wrong?

    Hi @jbanjo!

    Everything has been updated and restarted. 'Integrate with 1Password App' is checked in settings.

    If you turn the integration off and then on again, does the extension unlock again?

    No luck. I should add that I'm using the licensed stand alone app without the subscription. I don't know if that makes a difference?

    That does make a difference :) Please remove extension version 2.1.3 which you have installed, and replace it with the classic extension:

    Get the 1Password classic extension

    The new extension you have currently installed only supports vaults on 1Password.com :)
