1password for windows s mode

I have a friend that bought a Asus computer but it runs on windows s mode it doesn't look like one 1password is compatible am I correct ? I am not sure where to post this so I asked my question here in the general form. Hopefully that's okay

Not the desktop app, but they can use 1Password in the browser regardless of the operating system:
