Inconsistencies in membership prices in Turkey

I don't understand why it is impossible to subscribe to an annual membership like it is mentioned on the Apple store.

This should be possible. What is the issue exactly when you try to subscribe?

Why the price with the application(300TRY) is 27% more expensive than the one from the Apple store (220TRY)?

Can you please post a couple of screenshots of this, so we understand exactly where you are seeing these prices? Thank you!

I am surprised you ask me screen shots because the issue can be easily checked on your side with your own app and on the Apple store.

I don't have a Turkish account, so the prices I would see would be in my own currency. Therefore, thank you for providing the screenshots :)

The monthly subscription is more expensive than the yearly one, so the difference in price is correct. We can check why it's not offering you the option for an annual subscription however.
