"Something went wrong"

I tried to unlock 1Password in Safari today and all I could get was a “Something Went Wrong” page.
The safari extension is set to integrate with he app and usually it opens up the main window of the app, asking for my password, but today it seems like it can’t communicate with the app at all…

I collected logs in the Developer menu and I see:
