4 Individual account to one Family
Hi there, 3 of my family members have individual accounts for years, my self as well. What I want to do now is upgrade my account to Family and invite all 3 of them to join. My question is this, what happens to their subscription plans, saved passwords and Master passwords? Will their subscription be automatically canceled once they join the family account? Will their private Vaults and Master Passwords be intact?

Hi @Mimmo:
There's a few steps that each of your family members will have to take:
- You will need to invite them to your family account. When they create their new account, they can use their same Master Password they currently use: Add and remove family members
- Add the new account to the 1Password apps: How to add your 1Password account to the apps
- Copy everything from their Personal vault to their Private vault in the new account: Move and copy items
- Once they've verified that they were able to move all their items into the new Private vault, they can then remove their individual account from the 1Password apps: Sign out of 1Password
They will need to manually cancel their subscriptions for their individual accounts: Manage your 1Password subscription
