Changing guest to family member

If this has been asked and answered before, I apologize. Obviously I didn't find the right search term.

We set our daughter up as a guest user so she would be familiar with 1password in the event that she needs to actually use the Power of Attorney. PoA is good from the legal aspect but one still needs to know accounts and logins. Now that she's seen the tool, she'd like to use it for herself.

Is there away to "promote" her from guest to family member? Or must I delete her as guest and add as family?

    Hi @me2!

    You will have to add her as a family member to the account first:

    Add and remove family members

    If she has data in her vault that she would like to keep, she can move those items from the old vault to the new one:

    Move and copy items

    Afterwards, you can remove the old guest account :+1:

    Thanks for the speedy response.

    Unfortunately 1password did not allow me to send an invitation to her as a family member because she "already exists". I deleted her guest account and sent a new invitation as a family member.
