7.9.1.BETA-3 crashes when creating a new item

With the latest beta update, both the 1Password main app and the 1Password mini pop-up will crash when you try to create a new item of any type (even just clicking Generate Password does it).

1Password Version: 7.9.1.BETA-3
Extension Version: 7.9.1.BETA-2
OS Version: macOS 11.6

    My apologies for the trouble. The development team is aware and looking for a fix. if you are using a membership you can likely use 1Password.com to create the item.
