I’m wanting to enter and store my medical insurance card information into 1P, so that it can automatically be entered when prompted on web forms. What’s the best existing category template to use for this purpose?

    Hi @kappabear!

    I don't think there is an overall best template, but I would personally use the Medical Record category :+1:

    Another option could be a Membership entry.

    But this won't be filled on web forms, only Login, Credit Card and Identity items can be filled on forms.
