Feature request: Protect items from deletion

I would like to have the ability to mark items as not removable.
This to protect from undesired accidental removal of items.

It would be great if marking items as not removable would demand me to enter a reminder.
This reminder is then displayed when I try to delete the non removable item or when I clear the not-removable indicator for the item.

I understand there is a trash can in the app, but that doe not remind me of why I should not delete certain items.
