Duo integration for 1Password families

I have read through here and it seems you are dead set against providing Duo support for Families accounts due to "technical experties" of most family users. Your answer is to upgrade to a teams account. As a families account with 2 users, I find it hard to justify going from 60/year to 240/year to get a the "Teams Starter Pack" just to get Duo integration. If it really is a concern with technical experience, why not offer a Duo add on at a nominal price that is not 400% more than the current families price?
