Firefox 14 Browser Extension Problem

Hi,

My 1Password extesion doesnt work anymore since i have updated to Firefox 14.

See screenshot.

I've deinstalled and installed the extension 10 times without success.

    Welcome to the forums, Agile1! I'm sorry that your first post couldn't be under better circumstances. We'll get this resolved for you.

    Have you already clicked the "Troubleshooting" button and followed all the steps there? One of the last steps listed is to generate a Diagnostics Report and email it to us.

    If following the steps listed when clicking the "Troubleshooting" button doesn't resolve the problem, please do send us a Diagnostics Report as requested there.

    In 1Password 3.8, just select Help > Troubleshooting > Diagnostics Report from the menu bar.

    If you are using 1Password 3.9 (from the Mac App Store), you'll need to follow the instructions here:

    Then attach the entire file to an email to support AT agilebits.com.

    Please include a link to this thread in order that we might more quickly "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, though.

  • I'm having the same issue except I'm using Firefox 15. I've tried restarting the helper and sending a diagnostics report, but both actions cause the program to become unresponsive. I'm currently running Windows 7 x64 and using the trial version if that makes any difference.
