Bug: 1Password assumes QWERTY layout when setting keyboard shortcuts

When setting a keyboard shortcut, 1P listens for the hardware key presses rather than the logical ones it receives when the shortcut is being activated later on.

Example:
I use the Colemak keyboard layout. It's similar to QWERTY, but about 40% of the letters are in different locations. Here's what happens when I go to set a keyboard shortcut using one of those letters.

  1. I click in the box, and 1Password waits for me to enter a combination of keys to make up the shortcut.
  2. I press ⌃⌘K.
  3. 1Password interprets this as ⌃⌘N, since the K key in the Colemak layout corresponds to the physical N key.
  4. If I try to activate the shortcut, pressing the same key I pressed in step 2, nothing happens. It only works when I use the logical N key (J in QWERTY).
