1PasswordAgent still Intel-only?

I've got 1Password (1Password 7, Version 7.9.1 (70901007), 1Password Store) installed. Activity Monitor shows four 1P-related processes, all "Apple" kind, except 1PasswordAgent, which is "Intel." Do I need a newer version?

1Password Version: 7.9.1

OS Version: 12.0.1

    @JetForMe:

    Looking at the icon, it looks like it's related to the ancient 1Password 3 for Mac. Do you still have this old version of the app installed on your Mac perhaps?

    It's here: /Users/rmann/Library/Application Support/1Password/Agent/1PasswordAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/1PasswordAgent

    I've used 1P for forever, so this would be the result of an update or install not cleaning up old stuff. I don't know what's launching it. I assume, however, it's what gives us the menu bar Status Item.

    I tried killing it, and it seems to not have any effect on 1P. It does indeed have a version starting with 3. I deleted it. Not sure what was launching it, however. I can't find a LaunchAgent or LaunchDaemon entry for it, and it's not one of my Login Items.

    I don't think it's needed at all for 1Password 7 to work: on my system it is not showing up at all, and on this device I only installed 1Password 7 directly, without upgrading from a previous version.

    In case it shows up again, please try these steps from my colleague Lars and see if they help in your case too :+1:
