Puzzlesprint.com checkout auto-fill issues

I went to order from puzzlesprint.com, and the auto-fill had a couple hiccups. Firstly, when auto-fill the shipping address is did not also put in my name, phone number, or email even though those are a part of the same item in 1password. 1Password did offer to auto-fill for phone number and email separately though, but not the name.

When I went to put in the credit card, the year of the expiration date auto-filled but not the month. The rest of the credit card details auto-filled just fine.

    Thank you for the link. The website does not seem to have trouble filling in my personal information on the check out page. That said, can you please go lhere to create an identity item and use that item to fill and let me know how it works.
