Edge: How do I find my missing 1Password icon for the browser extension?

Options

I have the latest 1Password 7.9.828 in Edge, with Win 10 Pro 21H1.

I'm experimenting with 1Pass as an alternative to LastPass.

This morning, I could see the 1P icon to the right of the URL box. I clicked it and opened 1P.

Now, after various clicks and tests and experiments, I no longer see the icon.

I assumed I had deleted it. So I accessed the page for Edge extensions. The usual "Get" button for an extension has been replaced by a "Remove" button. This implies that 1P extension is still installed - even although the icon has disappeared.

What shall I do now?

With any simple extension, I would have pressed "Remove", and then pressed "Get". But with a complex beast such as 1P, I don't want to take risks.

Thanks.

    Hey @1pass38 ,

1Password is not a complex beast at all, it is the browser who can be a bit complex sometimes, especially if it decides to hide your extensions! :chuffed:
Here's how to get 1Password back up there: https://support.1password.com/missing-browser-button/

In case that didn't help, it might be that 1Password is installed but disabled. You'll want to go into Edge's installed extensions page and turn it back on.

Let us know if you require further assistance with this. :+1:
