In my 1password app (1Password 7 Version 7.9.2 (70902005) 1Password Store) I no longer see my previously used passwords or my webform details. This used to be available. I noticed that this is available if I log in through the web. I don't want to have to sign into the web to get this information. How can I get this back?

1Password Version: 7.9.2

  • Hello @davey0064! 👋

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password for Mac. To see a previous password for an item in the 1Password for Mac app you can do the following:

    1. Open and unlock 1Password for Mac.
    2. Click on the item that you wish to view.
    3. Hover over the password field.
    4. Click on the down arrow ( V ) on the right of the password field.
    5. Click View Password History.

Saved Form Details are usually used in the background to help our browser extensions fill your login information more accurately. To view Saved Form Details for an item click on the item in the 1Password for Mac app, click Edit, and then click View Saved Form Details.

Let me know if that helps. :)

Many thanks for the help. Wouldn't have figured that out but am very happy these options are still there. ;-)
