Unable to switch to Individual Account

When I try to switch to an Individual Account, I get the following error message:
"Failed to switch to an individual account"
ServerError: 438"


1Password Version: 7.9.2
Extension Version: 7.92
OS Version: MacOS 12.1

    I apologize for the cryptic error. ServerError: 438 indicates there is already an individual account established using the same email address as the account you're trying to convert. There can only be 1 individual 1Password account associated with any given email address. I see you've also emailed us for help, and email would be the best way to address this.
