Refunding issue

I have 2 questions, but first my situation:
It seems that my card is charged full year subscription... 3 days ago. Now I need to get refund because I need this money for now... (I have other payments waiting this month).

So
1. I've already cancelled my subscription, but can you please refund it?
2. I'll purchase it again a week later (after my card payment period passe), can I activate my account with all my passwords? I mean do you keep passwords for a while when someone's memberships ends...
