EDF Energy not recognising email address field

Options

I'm trying to log into EDF Energy and my account details are stored in 1Password, however when clicking on the email field it doesn't give me an option to select my username (which is my email address). When I click on the extension icon I can see my account details, so I tried clicking on autofill and nothing happened.

    It's worth noting that after manually entering my email and going to the next screen it recognised the password field fine.

    Thanks for reaching out! You're right, it appears we're having some trouble with designating the email address field on this page. I've reported this to our development team, hopefully we can implement a fix in an upcoming release.

    In the meantime, if you manually save an item for EDF with your email address - you can use our drag and drop feature to autofill your credentials. I realize it's not ideal, but should achieve what you're after. I apologize for the extra steps here.
