Clear clipboard reliability

I wonder how reliable the automatic deletion of the pinboard after 90 seconds works. As far as I know, 1Password on iOS extends the background execution time of the app by using the corresponding API. On modern iOS versions, the available background execution time has dropped to about 30 seconds. Since the app deletes the clipboard after 90 seconds, is this a security issue?

    This is how things worked a long time ago. 1Password on iOS makes use of the iOS Pasteboard API's built-in time based expiry option since October 5, 2017, for more information about this function: UIPasteboardOptionExpirationDate
