Share item issue

I wanted to share an item to my teammate but she does not have an account on 1Password website
I did the same thing for another teammate by clicking the share button and everything worked fine

However, we got the following screen today:
and it seems the API is returning HTTP 500:

is there anything I can do to make it work?
