unable to retrieve 1password credentials

Hello,

beginning last week my installation of Devolutions "Remote Desktop Manager" cannot connect to 1Password anymore.

Error Message: "Unable to retrieve 1Password credentials"

RDM Installation was not updated.
It worked already (also with my DUO 2FA)

RDM is configured to use Connection via Web.

Did anything change on 1password side which could cause this issue ?

    Hello @Petah69! 👋

    I'm not personally familiar with Devolutions RDM and, after glancing at their website, it's not entirely clear how their software integrates with 1Password. It looks like Devolutions RDM asks for your 1Password account password and Secret Key and then uses your login credentials to connect to 1Password.com possibly by using something like our CLI tool.

    Have you been in contact with Devolutions RDM to see if they're aware of any issues on their end? Can you provide any information about how Devolutions RDM connects to 1Password and if it uses any specific APIs? :)
