1Password Firefox version 2.2.1 not showing self stored icon anymore

Recently needed to setup a new system and have installed everything but the 1Password Extension version 2.2.1 in Firefox doesn't show site icons that have been manually added to an entry
1Password Desktop app.

Somehow it just took a day for it to automagically resolve itself
