Setup 1Passwod on New Laptop Laptop from previous Laptop

Help Please!! I have !Password installed on my Old Laptop and want to install 1Password on my New Laptop and then Delete 1Password from my Old Laptop so I can then Donate my old Laptop to a child in need?? Any Help would be greatly appreciated!!!
