op create new Section and op create new label in existing section

Hi Support,

I have an existing Item UUID
I want to add a new Section to this Item

Also I want to add a new field and value to an existing section

I can edit existing field values ok with: 'op edit item UUID "itemField=ItemValue"'

Here's some documentation on how to use it, it should be very similar to the existing method on editing custom fields.
