I can't change my Community email

Hi. Whenever I try to change my email address for the 1Password Support Community, I get an error saying that my username can only be letters, numbers, and underscores. Which it is. And I'm not even trying to change that. How can this be fixed? My email address HAS changed, and I need to update the info.
