Feature request: Hide individuals tags and categories from sidebar

in Desktop betas (Mac, Windows, and Linux)

As much as I welcome the new option to show or hide categories and tags, I'd love to see more finetuning as the bar could become very long with having many tags. Please let us hide (and sort) individual tags or categories.
What do you think?
