Selecting my master p/w...?

Re selecting my master p/w: the 1Password online generator provides pass phrases with words separated by hyphens. Should I necessarily include these hyphens in my chosen master p/w?

    Hey @planetlars 👋

    While you can choose to generate your Account Password with our password generator if you'd like, what you really want to focus on is making sure that whatever you choose to use is both random AND memorable. These can be hard to balance, especially since your account password should be something that’s never been used anywhere else.

    I prefer spaces, more easy to remember the words.
    And maybe is more secure with spaces than hyphens?

    Hey @ghostdog. If you're already at the point of using multiple (4+) words as a passphrase, the separators you choose (whether spaces, hypens, or something else) won't make a meaningful difference to the randomness on that scale, so you can use spaces if you prefer.
