Notification that my vault is removed.
Hi there. I have a notification that my vault is removed on my iPhone.
Was my account hacked? Can I retrieve my vault?
I don't know what has happened can anyone help?

I would recommend checking the following:
- Are you able to sign in at https://my.1password.com ?
- If you are, are able able to view all of your data there?
If you're not able to do either of those things I would recommend reaching out to our team via email, if you have not already. In you email please include a screenshot of the notification if possible.

Hi Ben, thank you for your reply. Yes to the two questions. Just that I am wondering why did I receive the notification of the vault being removed.

Glad to hear you are still able to access all of your data. What exactly did the notification say? Do you have a screenshot, by chance? Also, do you have more than one account added to the 1Password for iOS app?
