help to change account in windows app

On company win10 laptop, the previous user also used 1password as windows app.
They have since left the company. I am using the same corporate login for the computer.

i installed 1password and it insists on using the account for the previous user. There is no place to change the associated account, only option is to sign in with the password.

I removed the app, deleted the c:/%user%/1password folder
When reinstalled, it still has the previous account.

How do i reset 1 password to use my account?
in order of preference:
1. a command line switch
2. a file to edit?
3. change key/field / value using regedit?

or is there a reset1passsword app that does what i need?
