Permanently Deleting top item deletes the wrong item

On iPad app

1. delete an item
2. go to recently deleted and select what you deleted
3. Tap the 3 dots and choose permanently delete and it will delete the 2nd entry in the list. The warning message does identify by name that the 2nd item will be deleted, but easy to gloss over that text and assume you are deleting the item you have selected.

This seems to be just the top entry that actually deletes the second item. Selecting any but the first you can delete correctly the one you have selected.
