No possibility to hide sensitive info (like it is for password fields)

Hello,

When I open for ex. login item I see only password hidden with * symbols
If I aded textarea or email, I would like to be able to hide it by default, or by hot key to display again
To secure myself from the other people, if I am in the internet caffee, or if the key or screen logger installed on my pc an I ddin't know about it

Is it possible to make other fields hidden or blurred by default for any type of item?
